Has no one seen my reply to this & like messages? It will be fixed, but by a professional. With my luck, the circuit breaker is probably wired to the neutral line as well so all I'd do is end up killing myself trying to fix a simple problem. When I get the electrician out here, I'll have him check all that. In the meantime, Christmas lights are safe to use on that outlet. Bob NO6B
