This implies you want to install this card in a PC type of computer? Or do you mean a laptop? If a PC then you can purchase these cards relatively cheaply. Ask at a computer store. This does not include your favourite chain store such as Futureshop, Best Buy or whatever else is a large box electronic retailer in your country.
Or indeed there might be some ports available on your motherboard that aren't hooked up to the case. Take a look at the manual that might've come with your motherboard.
It a laptop then you need a USB to Serial converter cable. Now those might be available at your favourite chain store.
