Our club has two rlc 4's at our site. One contoller has DTMF mute and cover tone enabled on port 2 with an ADM. Initially DTMF tones are muted and we hear just the cover tones but subsequently we hear both DTMF, cover tones and the DTMF tones at same time. Repeater is a Daniels MT3. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Been scratching my head long enough. The splinters hurt.
