The db314 is no longer in production and no Andrew/Decibel replacement . I would suspect Sinclair could build a special.. but it will be custom. There is no industry eq for the db314... directly... which by the way is not on ham split.... it is commercial.... I suspect Sinclair would make one custom for 140 and 440 splits as opposed to 150 and 450....
An alternate option might be to put a side arm with 2 antennas, one up and one down..... as that would open the field for many more options.... the dual on one mast was a sole vendor item I ever saw.. except for specials... from folks like Sinclair...
