Basically it happens in all configurations. Some of things I've tried
have been receiver on the top antenna, TX on the bottom, going through
the duplexer, going though on one side only, swapping the antennas,
etc... I've tried every possible combination.

My next idea is to borrow a complete repeater and duplexer from
someone to try up there for a couple days, rather than re-tuning their
already tuned duplexer. I know this isn't the perfect way to find the
problem, but I don't really know what else to try at this point. I
don't have another receiver that I can try in place of the one I have
now, or I'd certainly try that first.
