Hello there, I have posted this same request on the radio programming group with no results... yet. So what the heck... once over here couldn't hurt.
I'm interested in learning more about the Scholer Johnson LTR eproms (firmware) and software to make a vhf or uhf 450 maxtrac or similar radio do LTR trunking. Has anyone ever had luck using their products on VHF or UHF LTR Systems? Would you be nice enough to go through a quick example of what's required to convert a radio over to LTR? Where can I find Scholer Johnson if they're still in business? Would anyone on the group here have any use S-J Eproms/Proms and the software to program the radios they would consider selling/trading or what ever works best. thanks in advance for your replies. cheers, skipp skipp025 at yahoo.com
