I have one EP38 in unknown condition.  It is a spare for our mastr pro 2
meter repeater.  It was passed to me from the former repeater tech and I
have never tried to test it.  We are also in the process of replacing the
Mastr pro with a newer Motorola machine.  Depending on how big a rush you
are in that power supply is working for sure.  Of course shipping from KS to
NH could be expensive.
