HI Eric. I wonder if you have checked out: http://www.repeater-builder.com/sinclair/q202-208-218-tuning.pdf
I sent Eric Lemmon this manual and he scanned and posted it. The hand drawn diagram on the last page was for a duplexer delivered to operate around 170 mHz and might be useful for scaling to your frequency. The 10 and 11 inch dimensions shown had to be increased to 12 1/2 inches to get these duplexers to tune down into the 146 mHz frequencies. This manual was for duplexers that used the dialectric tuned capacitors to adjust the notch, and this scheme produced a notch above and below the center tuned frequency. Instead of putting the cap in series with the internal loop, it was placed across the loop at the point where the coax is attached. The 10 and 11 inch cables from the cavity to the tee connector are part of the notch tuned circuit and I had to lengthen these dimensions to tune the system down 25 mHz. 73 - Jim W5ZIT --- On Tue, 9/23/08, Eric Vincent <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: From: Eric Vincent <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: RE: [Repeater-Builder] Modification on old Q202 To: [email protected] Date: Tuesday, September 23, 2008, 11:22 PM Hi Burt, Thanks for your reply, can I contact you of list ?
