If you look in the File section, there is a pdf called "12Vmicor". It is a short write-up on what I am using to make my Micor's run off 12V direct. No reason why it shouldn't work for the MSR2000 too... just need to find a convenient place to mount the LM317.
Use the standard circuit found in the data sheets, plug in the values I used, or calculate your own, and you're set.
