General Electric never made a PLL UHF exciter for the MASTR II series.

They did, however, make a UHF multiplier exciter that uses the larger FM 
ICOM that was used in the PLL VHF MASTR II.

The FM UHF exciter tunes up exactly the same as any other UHF MASTR II 
exciter.

That being said, if what you had were truly Phase Locked Loop, there 
would be little to no tuning required.  Maybe one VCO coil so the 
reference voltage was inside an acceptable range.

If the exciter you have has a bunch of coils inside of aluminum cans, 
it's a multiplier exciter....
