I have the two above mentioned radios for sale. The Kenwood I know works fine. I programmed a few of the local 440 repeaters into it and had no troubles. The only thing wrong with it is that the backlight is burned out. Should be an easy fix. Unit comes with a microphone
The Icom powers up but no further testing has been done. Frequency range is from 400-430 but that is all I know about it. Price is $75 each plus $12 for USPS flat rate shipping. Buy both for $150 and I will ship for free. I also would be willing to trade for a dual band VHF/UHF ham rig, or possibly other items.
