TA2LJ Hakan, I know that when I would program my Motorola GM-300s and tried to create a NEW codeplug instead of puling the original from the radio. I ALWAYS got a checksum error.
If I may make a suggestion.... sometimes the Motoroal code plugs are different. Even within the same models. Go ahead and get setup to pull the code plug from the radio you want to program and modify THAT very plug instead of another or a substitute. Sometimes the radio just wants what it understands which is exactly what it writes and even the slightest upgrade might affect it.
