I know this is a bit off group but someone might know .I have a client that has brought in a FT857 Which had a burned out cap in the head unit c4029 and damaged q4002 Reg .I have replaced the cap and I have a replacement reg supplying 5v to the micro chip and the 8v rail Is ok but I have no operation out of the head unit .All I get is a Blank screen with no operation from anything .I have the service manual And are checking different components.Can anyone suggest what might be Wrong or where to check .thanks Ian
