Kenwood has the TK-8180 Mobile and the TK-3180 Portable will work in your band your requiring. Just curious, why go to MPT1327 and not TDMA digital. CB in the USA is 27MHz using AM and MPT is very rare in the US. CB in NZ is somewhere in the 470 region using FM and MPT is a bit more common in AU and NZ.
