Hi Chris, 

Absolutely nothing wrong with using super-flex jumpers 
from the end of a length of more rigid (traditional) hard 
line to either the antenna (outside) or the equipment 
(radio equipment).  In fact many factory supplied hard 
line and antenna installation kits include short superflex 
feed line runs to be used as more flexible segments between 
the rigid line and the equipment. 

The more rigid line tends to have slightly better specs 
but in some cases it's not that big a deal. If the loss 
per ft value doesn't get you excited... it's quite common 
to use superflex outside for an entire run. 

But of course you want to spend the money on 1-5/8 inch 
hard line...  :-) (where possible).
