Chris, The 4EX12A12 Test Adaptor is used to facilitate the testing of GE portable (personal) radios in the MPI, PE, PY, MPR, MPX, and Marc V series. The unit does nothing more than provide an audio input and output, a speaker, and a PTT switch. You will need the appropriate interface cables to mate it to the specific radios. LBI-31170 is the applicable manual.
