I think it might mean "Selected By Test."

I would go with Skipp's suggestion and contact a company like ICM and 
supply the schematic. I remember years ago they worked with me to get a 
Midland 13-509 crystal correct, took 3 crystals and I only paid for 
one. I don't know if they still have the same patience with their 
customers. It turned out to be an error in their paperwork.

Look at the various schematics and see if the components match up with 
what you have on the board. Some components are marked "S.B.T" and I 
don't remember exactly what that stands for. I think I remember someone 
at Spectrum telling me that they are optional components that may or may 
not be used. Does anyone remember exactly what S.B.T stood for?
