In the process of new controller being updated and tested but we use 
the following.

DTMF burst puts repeater in skywarn mode: Repeater id delay wont id 
over people talking, skywarn spotter tone tone a 1080hz tone b 
701.0hz long tone 1050hz weather tone. Dual tone activates the team 
long tone is used when a warning or watch is issued. This is all 
programmed of the one dtmf command then a seperate command for the 
dual tone or single tone. Also personel can send the tones from their 
radios most of our users utilize commercial equipment for ham radio 
operations.
