That is the backplane board for the TCN1107A remote control chassis. I have the pinout chart and schematic for it. I could scan it and send it to you but they are 11 X 32 and 11 X 24 inch pages respectively so they would come in several pieces. The manual you want is 6881025E60 which is part of a two manual set (the other being the RF components and power supply).
