No, you DO have a TPN1191 power supply! The TPN1189A is the Auxiliary Regulator Chassis, one component of the TPN1191 power supply. The schematic for the TPN1189A chassis is included in the TPN1191 power supply manual 6881062E46, which is behind the Power Supply tab in the MSR2000 station manual 6881061E50.
