These look similar to the Motorola T1504 series duplexers, but not exactly. Look here. http://www.repeater-builder.com/motorola/t1500.html Your best bet is to follow Eric's suggestion and call DB Spectra for the exact application and specifications. Other than that, it appears as if the other short jumper (which would go to a "T" in the center of the assembly) is either missing, or attached to the cavity to the left in your photo.
