Yes, that sounds like the antenna I have exactly, must be it. Looks like the general concensuss is to keep this one in service and not even bother trying the Diamond antenna. I don't have the radials though, but with this antenna I could even drill some holes in the collar that screws over the N connector and install radials that way.
