I have a similar DB six element folded dipole antenna that I trying to resurrect.
I think it is in the 440-465 range, the "flat" elements had been relocated around the mast, instead of one above the other, from the original long before I got it. I put the elements back in line as best as I could using what look like the original locations on the mast. I does not test very well.
