[Repeater-Builder] Old style 7/8th inch heliax

I have a roll of Andrew 7/8th inch heliax with an outside spiral wrap 
insulated.  I am told that the new 7/8th inch heliax (concentric rings) 
connectors (L45N and L5PNF) won't fit the old style heliax.  What type do I 
need?  I would like to terminate with a type N female.  Thanks de David
