Oh come on. Having played with Motorola stuff for so long, you should know the answer to this question without even thinking about asking it.
Of course you can't program the LCS2000 radios with anything you currently have. But once you have the right software you may have to hex-edit it if the SHIFT-NUM trick doesn't work.
