Hi all I know this is little off topic. I was given a couple of pieces of test equipment. One of which is a Heath Schlumberger Programmable frequency counter Model SM-110b. Does anyone know what is? I don't think its working but it does come on and the display lights up. I tried to Google it but nothing comes back. Thanks for your help in advance Mike
