I run a list for the Anritsu Sitemaster product, subscribe to:
[email protected]
and post your question there.  There is an Anritsu representative that 
reads the list, he may have some answers for you regarding your 
problem.  This is a very common problem with the Sitemaster, usually 
self inflicted by the owner. It's so easy to do this at a busy site.
