The Sinclair document on RB states the retuning works over a bandwidth of 2-4 MHz. My guess is that the narrower range is for the lowest frequencies (132 MHz), and the wider for the higher (800 MHz). The shift from 142 to 145 may not be possible. Please keep us informed of the end result!
