[Repeater-Builder] Looking for a Zetron 45 manual (not 45B)

I was given a Zetron 45 that needs to be repaired and
connected to either a Micor repeater or an MSF5000
repeater.

This is a 45, not a 45B.

Does anybody have a manual available?

Either paper or PDF.
