The best bang for the buck is the Bosch Telex IP-223 unit, 
of which I have a number of in service. Bosch owns Telex 
and Vega, I believe formerly Cetec Vega. 

You have to understand how to tunnel through various internet 
paths, ports and configurations. I use a number of small 
add on tunneling boxes to reach the IP-223 units.

Works pretty killer if you want to spend the money. 

Their DSP-223 is also a killer product.
