Dan, Telewave can make you a bandpass cavity for the 6m band, even though it is not a regular catalog item, shown here: <www.telewave.com/pdf/TWDS-5040.pdf> I have bought many duplexers and bandpass cavities from Telewave, and they are very good performers. With the Amateur discount of 25%, you should be able to get a BP cavity for less than $500. Although Len Pringle is now a Silent Key, Telewave will have a sales agent who will do his best to accommodate a Ham.
I'm curious: What make and model is your 6m transmitter, and what power level is it? 73, Eric Lemmon WB6FLY -----Original Message----- From: Repeater-Builder@yahoogroups.com [mailto:repeater-buil...@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of Daniel Ransom Sent: Saturday, July 04, 2009 10:29 AM To: Repeater-Builder@yahoogroups.com Subject: [Repeater-Builder] Needed: Low-Band Bandpass Cavity Do you have a low-band bandpass cavity I can use on my new six-meter repeater (53.750 MHz, -1.7 MHz split)? I have the double-notch DB-4032A duplexer all tuned up and ready to go, but my site owner requires at least one bandpass cavity on the TX output. Regards, Dan at K7MM, VU3MMW
