Didn't you post about this a while back?

Anyway, a mobile duplexer should work OK at that power level - one of those 
6-cavity flat-pack units, or a 4-cavity TX/RX mobile duplexer.

If you've got any LMR or 9913 type cable in use anywhere in the system, get 
rid of it and get some heliax and use RG-142 or RG-400 teflon cables for 
jumpers.
