I was thinking it was called a 'spanner nut' also. I used to have a few in my tool box when I worked at Ritron. That's not the correct name. I tried a google search and didn't come up with anything that looked familiar. I have a call in to someone who may know. If I hear back from him, I'll let the list know the *proper* name and how to get some.
