There is a tx pl deviation on the rf board if memory serves me. Also look in the level adjustments in the software. 73 Norm

I've checked the programming several times, even cloned another radio. I've tried both TPL and DPL. I've checked the Tx output on the service monitor and there just isn't any TPL/DPL there.
