[Repeater-Builder] Icom FR-3000 Info needed

Hello,
I was wondering has anyone ever done the software programing
to bring the Icom FR-3000 into the Ham band not the freq programing but the 
actual conversion? If so give me hints and thoughts thanks Mike KC8FWD
