Guys: I happened across a DB404A (406-420 MHz) for the right price. I am interested in converting this antenna to function as a 450-470 MHz antenna (model DB404B). Has anyone done a conversion like this before? Common sense tells me that I could be able to modify the size of the dipole loops.
