Actually, the black tool is the Micor universal tuning tool, and yes, it is still available from Motorola Parts. Order part #6684387C01, about $6. The Mitrek tool is white, and has a notched blade.
The Micor tool is truly universal, since it fits most coils and capacitors in GE radios as well.
