Hi Jason, The card is possibly an interface card related to Avtec Dispatch Consoles.
Their web site w/flash player only stinks real bad... Not a lot of common sense regarding businesses who by design don't have browser plug-ins installed on work computer(s) but here they are. I guess they expect everyone to have flash player installed... ( my beef for the day). http://www.avtecinc.com/main.html I maintain a number of large Dispatch Facilities using Avtec Gear and it's not bad stuff, just expensive like everyone else doing the same.... Moducom, Telex/Vega & Giatronics.
