[Repeater-Builder] Slightly OT - need schematic for MOTO T/T mic

Slightly off the topic, but I need a schematic for a Moto TT mic, model 
VMN1023A.
I want to eliminate the TX delay after the last tone, so I can hear the 
repeater acknowledge my commands.
