Hi Jim, Well, I haven't gotten to the charger portion of it yet, although several of the guys have given some good inputs on charging further up in this same thread.
For our purposes, the repeater probably won't be used that often, but needs to have the battery in the best shape possible when deployed. I think that rather than expend a lot of $ on a charger which can bring it up from 0 volts, I will only use a maintainer that is plugged in to float it. Following a deployment, I will take it out & hook it up to an external battery charger. Good luck!! Tim
