Seems to me I also saw those "pico fuses" listed in one of the supplier catalogs, probably Jameco or Mouser as those are the ones I check most often. I wouldn't be surprised if they have the connector as well. My counter (HP) and service monitors all use them (HP and IFR and Motorola, too) so they shouldn't be too hard to find.
