Take each one individually, detach the sections of tubing and slide elements 
in with the aid of an MFJ analyzer. Do this up on a tower.

Phase as you would any typical 50-ohm antenna. Space them around .85 
wavelength center-to-center. Get a 1/4 wavelength of 35-ohm coax to make the 
phasing section. The 50-ohm cables to the individual antennas need to be the 
same length, come to a tee, then from the tee to the 1/4 wave section, then 
to 50-ohm cable.
