[Repeater-Builder] Diamond X-500 probleme at lightning and chassic of radio will be hot

Hi all!

I realised if wheater is stormy and lightning come in this second display 
immediately shows S9 and same minutes later chassis of IC-02E radio will be hot 
and later very hot.
If I disconnect Diamond X-500 antenna same minutes later the chassis will be 
normal temperature and not hot.
After if no antenna on radio ,S9 signal in RX and can be hear interesting noise 
from loudspeaker.
 
1.What cause the problem?

2.Which component is hot in radio,Why?
