I have one of these amps and the paperwork from cresend/vocom on how to 
tune/align. I will try to locate and scan for the group. It isn't that hard to 
tune. The instructions are clear. I seem to recall that you will need 2 bird 
watt meters, a 50 ohm load capable of handling the power and 13.8vdc power 
supply with amp meter.

Excellent... But I would not normally suggest someone go 
inside to try and mod the amplifier down to the Amateur 
Band. Things go smoother when the right people do the job 
with the right parts and knowledge of how to...
