Has anyone heard any scuttlebutt about Hygain Industries? Every time I try to call the line is busy and I have tried for three days. I ordered some parts from them a few weeks back and have never received them. With the economy the way it is I was wondering if they went belly up. I sure hope not but no customer service is usually one of the first signs of trouble in a company.
