Hello everyone, I was following the instructions in this page http://redmine.replicant.us/projects/replicant/wiki/ReplicantUSBNetworking for usb networking in Replicant. I think that it must be added that it's necessary to enable in your device 'Tethering & portable hotspot' in order to work.
