I've now pushed that patch. 

As for the other patches, I can only manage to test if they don't break
the build and publish the images for testing as I lack the devices to
test on.

I'll build and push the images for testing soon.

All that will needed is to install an image and verify that the
following devices still boot with the Ethernet patches:
- Galaxy Note II (N7100)
- Any of the espresso devices:
  - Galaxy Tab 2 7.0
  - Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 WiFi
  - Galaxy Tab 2 10.1
  - Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 WiFi
- Galaxy Note 8.0
