Here are 3 patches to improve the release process.
I've already pushed (without sending it for review) a trivial patch
that just bump the release version from 0004-rc1 to 0004-rc2, so this
is already taken care of.
In addition, the following patch contains some TODO:
ac585ac Add a README documenting the release process
They are to be replaced by the final commit IDs of the releasetag.sh
patch like that:
04f0014 releasetag.sh: tag all repositories
04f00147fefd40f18c6b6e7bfa612255124e2dcf
As the commit message can be modified with Acks, the commit ID can
potentially change.
