IIUC, the point Denis made was: the system browser which apps use has nothing to do with the browser which one may install additionally, i.e. apps will still use the system browser (API?) regardless of the other one installed. The other browser is simply an app which won't use the system one. Example: you install some maps app. It will use system browser to display the maps, not Mull.
