Is there a bug report about it?
I can't recall, but it's definitely an issue I and others have faced.
Also what does high load mean? It happens even at night when the phone is not in use.
High load means things such as running a demanding app like OsmAnd.If it happens under low load I would still try to check if a new battery solves the issue.
